Wednesday night features ministries for preschool through high
school as well as adults. There are a variety of groups and age
ranges available to learn about Christianity from different perspectives
and active methods. Our Goal is to provide an active and stimulating
environment and to provide the kids and students with the understanding
that Jesus is relevant to their lives today and He desires to have
a personal relationship with each of them.
TeamKid for ages 4 - Kindergarten, 6:00pm - 7:30 pm
Room B137
TeamKid for children ages 4 thru kindergarten includes a missions
emphasis in every meeting and utilizes a recognition program that
rewards kids for attending meetings, completing Bible-related work,
and bringing friends with them.
J.A.M. Zone for grades 1 - 4, 6:00pm - 8:00pm
Room B126
Jam Zone (Jesus and Me) combines action oriented Bible stories with
large and small group discussions as well as relevant games and
activities designed to thematically convey the Gospel message in
an age appropriate way. You may find these kids climbing through
the belly of a large cardboard whale or dressing up like the Disciples
walking through Jerusalem. Whatever they have planned for the night
will surely catch the interest of your kids.
JOLT for grades 5 - 6, 6:00pm - 8:00pm
Room B127
JOLT (Jesus Our Lord and Teacher) spends much of their time focusing
on the practical application of Biblical principals to the daily
lives of kids. They use role playing and skits to teach the attitudes
and actions of a Christ-like follower and bring the youth to a new
and exciting level of understanding of what Jesus wants them to
be.
Student Ministries grades 7 - 12, 6:00pm - 8:00pm
Junior and Senior high meet separately and together depending
upon the night and theme. These young adults open with a high impact
and typically messy game that is thematically tied to the night’s
message. The evening includes a time of worship & praise that
is led by our Student worship team, interactive games, a highly
relevant message that connects the Bible to the things our youth
are challenged with in today’s world, small group time, CSI
groups (Common Student Interests) and of course food! It is highly
relational in focus and everyone is made to feel welcome no matter
what you look like or what your perspectives are. We emphasize discipleship,
outreach, and mission work, but no matter what your passion is,
you are likely to connect with it here.
